Experienced marketing and sales professional in the FMCG sector Pieter Boudry will now take sole charge of Products & Brands (P&B), the sales and distribution group of food brands. The ideal opportunity for a short portrait.

What better day to announce a new feature than Labor Day? Pieter Boudry shared the good news with his professional network on Thursday, May 1, saying he was excited to continue growing sales of their "beautiful products" with his team of "fantastic colleagues and partners."
Pieter Boudry comes from Poperinge and is almost half a century old. From now on, he will be the sole director of P&B after a period of joint leadership as co-CEO alongside Frederic Vloeberghs, who has chosen to take a new professional path. P&B Group would like to thank him for his contribution to the growth of the organisation.
In addition to his two master's degrees – in Business Economics from VLEKHO and in Science in Marketing from Vlerick Business School – Pieter Boudry has 25 years of experience in the FMCG sector. He has held many management positions, including at Coca-Cola, AB InBev and Ferrero.
In his work as a marketing and sales consultant, Pieter draws inspiration from the following quote: "there is nothing in life more satisfying than helping others to the best of your ability". This may explain why – when he took over as CEO of P&B on his own – he indicated that he wanted to "build growth stories within sustainable partnerships" with the group.
Not only CEO, but also local representative and supporting dad
Pieter Boudry is married to Katrien and father of two children, Léon and Louis. In his free time, he says he likes to go "to restaurants". He also stands as a loyal supporter on the sidelines at his eldest son's basketball games.
Pieter Boudry indicates that he tries to "dedicate himself to society as much as possible". For example, he was chairman of the Rotary Hageland service club for three years. Today he is still a member and organizes fundraisers for local charities.
In Scherpenheuvel-Zichem (a city somewhere halfway between Leuven and Hasselt) he founded 'stadSZteam', an independent city party. Pieter Boudry is also a municipal councillor in this "beautiful municipality", where he wants to support entrepreneurship, sports and community actions as much as possible. "Nothing comes by itself", says Pieter Boudry when asked about his political commitment. "The necessary change for improvement, but also the care for the preservation of what is good, that requires commitment. That requires effort. That is why I have chosen to make that effort."
