The two Belgian and Dutch culinary solutions providers are joining forces to strengthen their position in the Benelux market and fuel their sustainable growth.

Since May 21st, a new company has shared the same address as Didess, the creator of taste experiences, in Lille, near Antwerp. Its name sounds like a promise of the highest culinary quality: Perfect Taste Group. Behind this young brand lies a strategic merger between two well-known players in professional kitchens.
On one side, the Belgian specialist founded in 1996 by pastry chef Dirk Peeters (Didess being the abbreviation for Dirk Desserts). On the other, the supplier from the Amsterdam suburbs, Perfect Serve, the new identity in 2019 of Maison Niels de Vije, originally focused on gourmet pastries.
"The combination of the two companies, under the umbrella of Perfect Taste Group, creates a strong player in the Benelux with extensive expertise in customization and the development of innovative products," Didess said in a press release. As managing director and co-shareholder, Dirk Peeters will focus on product development and innovation.
"The growing demand for our products now makes it essential to increase our production capacity. Thanks to this integration into the Perfect Taste Group, we can accelerate the investments necessary for this expansion. Thanks to Perfect Serve's technical expertise, we will be able to develop new products adapted to your needs more quickly," the announcement states to customers.
With a focus already placed on quality, know-how and the provision of tailor-made solutions, the two players will now be able to combine their complementary expertise and their product portfolios from both companies.
"The shareholders are extremely proud of the acquisition of the Didess brand. The combination creates a successful, future-proof group with strong growth ambitions, while maintaining its focus on quality and craftsmanship," Perfect Serve noted.
