Enable participants to ask sharper business questions and turn insights into action using a simple framework: Question → Sources → Analysis → So what → Decision.
Morning: critical thinking on data sources (first-party, market, GFS data model), reliability (bias, extrapolation, granularity) and category standardisation. AI perspective: great for reframing and challenging questions, limited without access to the right data.
Afternoon: hands-on descriptive analysis (trends, comparisons, simple correlations), data visualisation, and a short intro to predictive/prescriptive approaches through real foodservice cases (segment size & evolution, market share, growth opportunities, operator targeting, partner activation).
Audience: senior (5+ years) category/trade/revenue/insights (FMCG & distributors) + foodservice sales with an analytical remit.
Prereqs: business basics, comfortable with tables/charts, no coding.
